All orders of $35 qualify for Free Shipping.
We charge a flat rate of $1.99 for all US orders under $35.

We only ship items source from China to USA & Europe.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Deborah's Fashions encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Deborah's Fashions at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Damaged Goods
If goods are received damaged , you are advised to contact us within 1-3 days after receipt of product. We will provide a full refund if product(s) is fully damaged, and a partial refund if partially damaged.
Missing Items
We will offer a refund if you receive the wrong product(s).
If you received the wrong color item or size, please contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed by our warehouses.
Order not receive
We will not refund or replace good(s), if the tracking number shows that the items were delivered.
